Meditation and yin with triyoga’s Ruth Voon.
Meditation is a core practice of yoga that is available to everyone and is an ancient tool to help promote calmness and wellbeing. Combined with the practice of Yin, a slow yet deep style of yoga, you can expect a calming and grounding practice rooted in mindfulness.
Ruth was a professional dancer for over 15 years working in the UK and abroad. She is a 500-hour certified teacher and teaches at triyoga studios across London.
Ruth's teaching are influenced by many different styles and traditions including Indian Yoga and Buddhism, and she has a particular interest in sharing the philosophical aspects of yoga within the framework of physical practice to cultivate heartfelt awareness, self-acceptance and compassion. A dedicated student, Ruth continuously studies with many internationally renowned teachers.
