What you need for this session:
Butter 80g, cubed
Freshly ground black pepper 1 tbsp
Marjoram or oregano chopped to make 1 tbsp
Parmesan 25g, finely grated
1 small local squash (crown prince, butternut, spaghetti)
100g picked white Jersey crab meat
Small bunch sage
Join Great British Menu chef Joe Baker in his kitchen for a guided session on how to make an Autumnal Crab Linguine made with locally sourced and seasonal ingredients.
Simply sign up, donate and purchase the ingredients before clicking through to the session to cook at home with Joe.
