The charity we are supporting is MSK Kids.
Charities need us more than ever and that is why we've signed up for the first-ever global, virtual RBC Race for the Kids to raise much-needed funds for youth charities around the world.
Supporting the next generation of cancer care. Research advances over the last 30 years - many of which were pioneered at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK) - meaning that 80% of kids diagnosed with cancer today will be cured. Still, each year 16,000 young people are diagnosed with cancer, which remains the leading cause of death from disease in children.
Facts:
- Less than 4% of the federal cancer research budget is spent on pediatrics.
- MSK is a world leader in creating new ways to outsmart kids’ cancers—and we continue to push boundaries.
At MSK Kids, we’re working on all fronts to speed up research on kids’ cancers so that one day every child diagnosed with cancer will be cured. We’re all in to return these kids to normal childhoods - full of dreams of growing up. Your partnership with us can help make this happen.
Thank you from us and all the RBC Race for the Kids participants and charities!

Vito, both my parents are doctors but my mother particularly is the head of the Pediatric Emergency Room at Montefiore. Taking care of sick children is literally her entire life and the organization you are raising money for means a ton!! Best of luck and run Fast!
