Meditation and yin with triyoga’s, Ruth Voon.
Meditation is a core practice of yoga that is available to everyone and is an ancient tool to help promote calmness and wellbeing. Combined with the practice of Yin, a slow yet deep style of yoga, you can expect a calming and grounding practice rooted in mindfulness.
Ruth was a professional dancer for over 15 years working in the UK and abroad. She is a 500-hour certified teacher and teaches at triyoga studios across London.
